The organizational structure
In the organizational structure of IPA-HSAR, it has the Training Department, an essential component managed by the Technical and Operational Coordination. This department plays a crucial role in providing effective responses to the training needs of both the USAR Team and the Social Team.
The Training Department operates under the careful supervision of the Technical and Operational Coordination, ensuring efficient management aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. This level of coordination guarantees effective implementation of training programs.
USAR Team Needs: The Training Department is specially designed to address the specific demands of the USAR (Urban Search and Rescue) Team. This includes planning and executing training programs that equip our teams with the technical and tactical skills necessary to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Responding to the Needs of the Social Team: In addition to addressing the needs of the USAR Team, the Training Department also plays a crucial role in training the Social Team. This ensures that staff are prepared to deliver humanitarian aid in a professional and compassionate manner, thereby supporting the organization’s comprehensive mission.
